Our trans bodies are powerful and sacred.

We know the liberation that comes from dreaming ourselves home to our bodies

no matter low long and impossible the journey can seem.

We know the liberation that comes from loving and protecting each other

especially in this political moment.

But pain from our past and the stress of these long days

can have us feel further away from ourselves than we long to be.

Pleasure and pain and wisdom are all within us.

So how do we let overwhelm, trauma and heartbreak move through us

so we can be fully alive and awake to live now?

Phillippe Citrine, somaticist (ze/zir)

I am a commitment to

nonbinary & trans

embodiment, brilliance

and healing

so we can bring our full magic and power

to our lives

and our movements

for collective liberation.

Your longing for justice and transformation is so strong you ache.

You know it’s worth diving into the depths of your pain to see the glimmers of freedom.

You have felt how healing is messy, non-linear…and absolutely worth it.

You have experienced what deep, courageous and sometimes painful grieving is required

to know your own heart

and finally shift intergenerational patterns of shame, oppression and isolation.

And you want to keep going.

You are clear that capitalism, transphobia and internalized white supremacy shape us in ways that harm our bodies, spirits, each other, and the earth.

You have decided that you will no longer let individualism, overwork, urgency, and perfectionism get in the way of your full capacity for connection, belonging, collaboration, and interdependency.

How can you embody your full aliveness and power in the face of ongoing transphobia and violence?

How can you live into your visions now?

Maybe you’re tired or even exhausted. You’re wondering if it’s truly possible to nurture your clients, children or community without depleting yourself.

Can you give your art, organizing and care work your all while still finding the time to rest and the space to dream?

How can you trust yourself despite being hurt, shamed and ignored?

How can you love yourself and your chosen family with your full heart?

How can we heal deeply,

live vibrantly,

love fully,

and create more justice

in our lives?

I work with nonbinary + trans visionaries

who are longing to embody the transformation we need

to love being alive in our bodies

even when it’s heartbreaking to be here.

I work with nonbinary + trans visionaries

who are committed to their healing

fueled by the yearning for unapologetic self-love.

I work with nonbinary + trans visionaries

who are ready to feel how we truly belong

to this majestic universe and to each other.

I work with nonbinary + trans visionaries

who want to find ways to care for each other without sacrificing our own well-being.

And radically shift our communities

so we can all thrive.
